Snapspheres 4-inch (100 mm) 16 piece globe is projected from the world map found in the Mercator-Hondius Atlas of 1630. The map was created by Dutch cartographer Henricus Hondius who included the latest information brought back by global explorers of the time. We brought the map into the modern age by printing it on pieces with high detail and photo quality gloss. The pieces come together with the snap of rare earth magnets. Assemble as a puzzle, or follow the guide numbers on the back of each piece.
Includes an attractive acrylic display stand and a pouch to store the pieces when not on display.
